The AIDS Memorial Garden Annex has been designed to allow anyone to arrange meetings.  With a sky garden for group meetings and also a seperate garden for one-to-one sessions it is anticipated that there may be times when people will need the space when it is already in use.  To this end we have created a Google Calendar to allow anyone to book a room.

If you would like to use the rooms please send an IM or email to Ethan LeSabre so that he can add you to the edit list for the Calendar.

The Calendar will also show any events that are happening in the Garden, so if you create a meeting in the Annex please preface it with Annex (121) for the one-to-one meeting garden or Annex (G) for the group garden.

2 Example meetings have been set up in the calendar for 10 May 2008, so if you're unsure then please do have a look at these.  They may make things clearer.
